If your health insurance provides out-of-network benefits for massage therapy, I am happy to provide you with an itemized receipt to submit with your claim for reimbursement. I do not bill health insurance. You will pay me in full for your treatment and submit your own claims to your insurance company for them to reimburse you directly. Your out-of-network benefits may be subject to a deductible. It is your responsibility to find out the details of your health plan.

I do accept clients who are seeking treatment covered by a PIP claim (personal injury protection covered by an auto policy) but I do not bill third-party claims. Please let me know if you have an active PIP claim when you book your appointment.

All massage therapy covered by insurance (individual health insurance, PIP) requires a prescription.

*If you choose to pay for massage with an HSA or FSA card, it is recommended that you keep a prescription on file as documentation for tax purposes.
