- Each session is tailored to your specific needs and goals, integrating various techniques as appropriate. As part of the initial session, we will discuss your health history, goals and expectations. Communication and feedback during each session is encouraged to cultivate body awareness.
- All massage therapy covered by insurance (individual health insurance, PIP) requires a prescription. Please let me know ahead of time if you will be using out-of-network insurance benefits or PIP so that we can make sure you will have all required paperwork ready before your first appointment.
- If you or anyone you are in contact with are feeling sick in any way (even if the symptoms are mild or you just think you might be coming down with something), then we will need to cancel your appointment and reschedule at a later time. If you are not feeling well, please do your best to contact me as soon as you can BEFORE your appointment. I understand that it is not always possible to give at least 24 hours notice if you become ill. If you need to cancel/reschedule with less than 24 hours notice because you are sick, I will waive the fees. I appreciate your effort & cooperation to help keep all of us healthy & safe.

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Otherwise you will be subject to a cancellation/rescheduling fee. No-shows will also be subject to a cancellation/rescheduling fee.
